Acceptance
By using this site or enrolling in a studio, lab, or mentoring session, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book training.
Educational nature
All content and sessions are educational chart-study training. Nothing on this site is investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell securities, or a promise of trading results. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions.
Enrolment
Seats are confirmed only after we accept your enquiry and you receive written confirmation. Informational prices on the site may change; the fee in your confirmation controls.
Intellectual property
Workbooks, replay materials, and site content belong to Digital Architecture Net. You may use them for personal study. You may not redistribute, record sessions without consent, or resell materials.
Conduct
Participants must treat others respectfully in studios and online sessions. We may remove someone who disrupts training without refund beyond what the refund policy allows.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Japanese law, Digital Architecture Net is not liable for trading losses, opportunity costs, or indirect damages arising from use of the site or training. Our aggregate liability for a booked offer is limited to fees you paid for that offer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts in Tokyo have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or our training services.
