How the training unfolds

A fixed sequence we use across studios and labs. You can enter at Foundation Studio or join a later lab if your chart journal already shows the earlier habits.

Cool-toned market data visualization across a wide display

Weekly permission

Mark structure, range, and a one-sentence bias before any lower frame opens. No entries discussed here—only whether the week allows trade ideas at all.

Daily location

Place the daily chart inside the weekly map. Identify where pullbacks are ordinary versus where thesis breaks begin. Write location before looking for timing.

Intraday timing

Use lower frames only when permission and location agree. Practice ignoring mid-range noise during Tokyo and overseas opens.

Conflict language

Name disagreements between frames in plain sentences. If you cannot state the conflict, you do not force a hybrid setup.

Journal tags

Tag permission, location, and trigger on every practice trade so skipped frames become visible over a month of work.

Place yourself on the map

Most newcomers start with Foundation Studio. Active day traders often join the Intraday Context Lab after a short chart review.
